March Miles and Goal Check In

Happy first day of April!!!

Seriously though, wasn’t it just the first day of February like, 2 days ago?? πŸ˜‚

These last few months have just been flying by! My first race of 2019 is almost here! I almost can’t believe it! I’m getting pretty excited though! I don’t have any expectations for this race whatsoever, because it’s my first trail race, it’s at altitude, and I’m running it with my dad. That being said I actually feel pretty ready for it, even though I’ve literally done 0 trail running to prepare. πŸ˜‚

Anyway, I’m just gonna do a quick check in this month since I’m working on quite a few things this year and have already talked about most of them pretty thoroughly in other posts. So, let’s start off with my monthly mileage! 😊

87.92 miles run in March! Whoohoo!! I’m very happy with how my running has been going lately! I’ve really just been putting in the work and grinding it out! Sure it hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows, but for the most part I’ve been feeling great! Getting in some pretty good speed workout, but mostly just getting in the miles. Honestly that is my biggest goal and focus for the year. Being consistent with my mileage and then slowly but surely upping it.

I’ve definitely been on the right track with that! These last two or three weeks have all been over 20 miles of running which is pretty darn good for me! I hit 24 last week and I’m super stoked about that! I’m hoping to hit 25 this week. 😁 After that though I plan on backing off just a bit, since that’ll be a race week. But seriously, I feel like I’m on a real roll right now! I’m currently at 243.46 miles run for the year and if I keep heading in this direction I should hit my goal of 1,000 miles in 2019 without too much trouble! 😊

Most of my other goals for 2019 really just revolve around keeping me healthy and injury free so I can run all of the miles I’m aiming for. πŸ˜‚ Things like doing my yoga (Check!), eating more healthy foods (Check!), getting enough sleep and recovery (check and check!), etc. Obviously that’s all working so far as I haven’t had any issues! That’s quite an accomplishment for this injury prone runner! πŸ˜‰

And of course I’m still focusing on my step goal! Running is one thing, but it can be kinda easy to run in the morning and then not move much for the rest of the day. πŸ˜‚ That’s why I like to have a step goal and to keep track of whether or not I hit it everyday, using the app “HabitBull”.

Hahaha I think it’s pretty obvious that I’ve been taking rest days of Friday’s and Sundays. πŸ˜‰ I’m not super thrilled that I went three days in a row without hitting my goal earlier this month, but after that I was pretty consistent and I’m very happy with that! 😊

Thursday Things

Ashley’s continuing saga of slowly but surely getting her terrible teeth taken care of had yet another chapter today! (Yeah, I don’t know why I’m talkings I’m 3rd person. I’m gonna stop now. πŸ˜‚)

My 3rd root canal is officially finished as of this morning! I went to the dentist again and I got the temperature crown taken off, the permanent crown put on, and a regular cleaning for good measure. πŸ˜„ I’ve still got more work that needs done on my teeth. Like a lot. But at least I’m one step closer to having a healthier mouth. Plus this time I didn’t need 8 million shots of novocaine so I left this dental appointment with feeling in my face. That was definitely nice. πŸ˜‚

I’m glad that’s done. Maybe later this year I’ll get some more work on my teeth done. It really just depends on how much insurance Luke and I have left and if we’re able to save up some more money for it. Oh man don’t even get me started on how terrible the health care/dental care system in the US is just completely fucked. Because it is…

Anyway, let’s talk about some more sun stuff shall we? 😊

So, my chickens are laying much much much more consistently now! Obviously that’s to be expected as they’re much more mature now and now that the weather is getting warmer and the days a little longer. But it’s still pretty exciting!!

Right now I have about 2 and a half dozen eggs. We are officially at the point that we aren’t able to eat a of the eggs that they’re laying. I’ve given some to my brother-in-law and to my neighbors, but at this point I think I could start selling some. Luke isn’t sure that we actually have enough chickens for that, but I don’t see why we couldn’t sell a carton of eggs every week or so. Obviously that’s not a lot, but hey, it’s something!

I plan on bringing some to Colorado to my dad and brother when I go there. That’s coming up soon! I’ll be headed there in around 10 or 11 days. Something like that. πŸ˜‰

My dad has planned out some hikes he wants to take me on and then that weekend we’ll be doing our trail race! We’re both pretty excited about that! Even though I think it’s gonna be a total suffer fest. πŸ˜‚ The course description includes phrases like “steep hills”, “rocky gully”, and “rugged Jeep trail”. Yeah, I’m not sure how this road runner is gonna handle all of that. Plus the whole being at altitude thing. That’s definitely not going to help. Still though, it’ll be a good time and the mountain views should be totally worth it! 😁

The view of Long’s Peak (I think? I’m probably wrong) from near where my dad lives. This isn’t where the race is though, it’s actually 5 hours away from here. πŸ˜‚ But it’s supposed to be super pretty there too.

So yeah, I’m pretty excited to hang out with my dad, brother, and their Russian bear dog, Niko. Maybe even my sisters too if we have time! They live about 2 hours away from my dad and brother in Colorado. I don’t get to see them very often since they all live 11 hours away from Luke and I.

Hahaha last time I stayed with my dad Niko was super excited to see me, but at night he wouldn’t let me sleep on the couch in the living room! That asshole would just stare at me and growl. One night he even cornered me in the kitchen. Having a 140 pound dog corner you like that is kinda scary. Pretty much every night I was there my brother had to come save me and then let me sleep in his room. πŸ˜‚ Niko’s just weird. πŸ™„ He can be sweet though.

Anyway, I’ll keep you all updated on my next set of Colorado adventures as they come! 😊

So yeah, that’s pretty much what’s going on in my world at the moment. Nothing too terribly exciting yet, but that’s life sometimes. More exciting stuff is on the way though. Obviously I’ve got the trail race coming up soon. In May I’ve got a 5k to look forward to, along with starting our garden. Hopefully it’ll do better this year than it did last year! But last summer was pretty brutal as far as weather goes. It was crazy hot and we barely had any rain and my poor garden suffered because of it. But I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what this year brings.

As far as running goes I’ve just been kinda grinding away. If you keep up with my weekly recaps you probably already knew that. πŸ˜‰ I haven’t been doing anything glamorous or sexy, but oh man I feel like I’m making some real progress! I feel like I’m running stronger and more constantly than I ever have before! It’s a really awesome feeling. I think 2019 is already shaping up to be a great year for me! Well, running-wise at least. We’ll see about the rest of it.

I can’t really go into too much detail about certain things, but life has just been kinda crazy. Weird things are going on with my family. And just…I don’t know. Things I can’t talk about here. It’s just kinda messy. But life can be that way sometimes. Inevitable it’ll get worked through, one way or another.

March 13th, 2019

Well today was an eventful day!!

It would appear that spring has finally arrived here in Kansas and its brought it’s usual crazy winds with it.

I’d say it also brought the usual wet weather as well, but we actually had a super wet winter so really that’s nothing new at this point. πŸ˜‚ Although we’ve gotten our first couple of spring thunderstorms already. That usually doesn’t happen in the winter. πŸ˜‰

Anyway, kicked off my day in my usual way with a run. I got poured on during the first half which was a lot of fun! I do love me a nice rainy run!! Hahaha at one point though an older gentleman drove up to me in his car, rolled his window down and asked me if I wanted to get out of the rain, and said that he’d be willing to take me anywhere I needed to go. I told him I was fine and politely declined. I’m sure this guy had no ill intentions, but still, I’d never risk getting into a car with a stranger like that. It’s just too risky…

Anyway, rain let up a little bit during the second half of my run and the wind started to really pick up. We got gusts around 50-60 mph today and oh boy were those tough to run in!! I wanted to go 6 miles today but I was just absolutely done with the wind and cut it a little short. I ended up getting in 5.43 miles. Close enough. πŸ˜‰

Wind is not the only bane of my existence this time of year. Oh no! Spring brings wind and dog hair. Lots and lots of dog hair…. Shedding season is in full force. I feel like a good chunk of my time is spent vacuuming up dog hair. Sweeping up dog hair. Picking up dog hair. And brushing dog hair. Fun times. πŸ˜‚

So in the photo below you can see a nice pile of dog hair. That’s all from a 35 pound dog who had a bath yesterday and who had been brushed once before today. So. Much. Dog hair!

Honestly though the dog hair situation isn’t too terrible. It could be a lot worse, especially considering that we have 4 dogs! πŸ˜‰

The wind situation today did, however, end up becoming a huge problem today. Even more so that me just having to run in it!

We had this tree in our backyard, right? And it was pretty much completely dead. We knew we needed to cut it down, but tree removal is expensive and we’ve never really had the tools or manpower to do it ourselves. But on the bright side, the wind took care of that for us today! On the not-so-bright side, the tree landed on the power line that runs to our house as well as an old cable line that it kinda knocked down. That wasn’t a problem though. That one wasn’t doing anything anymore. But it was also on our neighbor’s internet line. Luckily it wasn’t touching his power line too.

Luckily our neighbors are all really awesome, and my brother-in-Law decided to randomly drop by our house. So the brother-in-law of the neighbor who’s kid I babysit works for an electrical company and happened to have a pole saw. Luke just wanted to ask him a few questions, but he offered to help. And then of course the neighbor who’s yard the tree was hanging into helped as well.

Luckily we got it down without any issues! No one got electrocuted and the tree didn’t fall onto the new fence which is great! Now we have a huge tree trunk in our yard that we need to clean up, but at least it’s off the power line and didn’t do any real damage!

Yeah, it’s been a weird day. πŸ˜‚ But at least that’s all taken care of now! Hopefully this wind dies down soon and nothing else ends up happening!

Weekly Recap: March 4th-10th, 2019

Well this week Sure didn’t go as planned! But that’s life for you, isn’t it? Not everything goes as planned all of the time, and that’s ok! Shit happens.

This week my shit was getting sick. Nothing too bad though. I just had to take a few days off from running. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I was a little bit bummed because I was on a huge roll with my running. But oh well. My body needed some extra rest so that’s what I gave it. 😊

Monday:

  • 3 treadmill miles
  • 30 minutes of yoga

Oh man, this was a tough one! For some reason I felt heavy and stuff on Monday. Probably because I absolutely KILLED it last week! Like, wow. I’m very happy with what I accomplished. 😊

Anyway, doing this run on the treadmill also didn’t help. But the real feel temps were around -15 that morning and o really didn’t want to deal with that. I love the winter you guys, but at this point even I’m looking forward to it ending! This crazy cold hasn’t exactly been fun! I’m super grateful that I have a treadmill though and have been able to get all my miles in because of it! 😁

Tuesday:

  • 1 hour on the stationary bike
  • 30 minutes of yoga

I was still feeling stiff and heavy on Tuesday. I was hoping my easy slog on the treadmill the day before would have helped, but no dice. So I skipped my planned run and spent some time on my stationary bike, hoping that would flush my legs out a little bit. That plus a little bit of yoga. It felt really good. 😊

Wednesday:

  • Rest Day

Woke up sick. Yuck. But at least I know why I’ve felt off all week! πŸ˜‰ Took the day off and spent most of my time binge watching Law and Order: SVU. I’m not exactly stoked to be missing out on a few days of running. Especially since I’ve been absolutely killing it lately and have been running more consistently than I ever have before. But I know that right now my body needs rest, so rest I shall!

Thursday:

  • 15 minutes of yoga

Still not feeling very well on Thursday. So I took another rest day, although I did do a little bit of yoga. A nice little “yoga for when you are sick” routine by Yoga With Adriene. She is my all time favorite yoga YouTuber. She literally has a yoga routine for EVERYTHING and she’s just an amazing human being. If you’re looking to start an at home yoga practice you should definitely check her out!

Friday:

  • 3 miles

I was definitely starting to feel better by Friday!! Went out for a nice and easy 3 mile run. It went well. 😊 Hahaha Running definitely helped clear out some of the snot out of me. πŸ˜‚

Saturday:

  • 6 miles
  • 30 minutes of yoga

Plan “A” for Saturday was to run 10 miles. Plan “B” was to run whatever my body could handle. Turns out, that was only 6 miles. But hey, I’ll take it! I was definitely feeling better, but still getting over being sick and I knew that there was a very good possibility that actually completing my long run was a bit of a longshot.

It’s all good though! I’m just glad that I got out and got something done! Even if I didn’t exactly feel great doing it.

Sunday:

  • Rest day

I forgot about daylight savings time until yesterday evening. πŸ˜‚ Oh well, while the adjustment of “springing forward” is a little bit weird at first, it’s not too terrible.

Anyway, I thought about getting in a few easy miles or something today since I missed so many days this week, but I eventually decided against it. I’m trying to hold fast on the Sunday rest day thing. Taking Sunday’s off helps me go into a new week of training feeling rested and rejuvenated physically and mentally. 😊 So here’s hoping next week goes better than this one did!

Total Weekly Mileage: 12

Obviously this wasn’t a great week. 12 miles in a week is no where near what I’ve been running, but still, I’ll take it. I got sick and I needed to rest. And honestly I think all of that rest helped me to get over my cold faster than I would have if I had just tried to push through it. I’ve learned so much about listening to my body over the past several years and I really think that’s all starting to pay off!

Anyway, I hope to be back at it again in full force next week!

Thursday Things

Hello friends!!

I’ve been kinda slacking on the whole blogging thing, I know. Honestly I’ve been super focused on growing my Instagram account lately. Instagram sure isn’t making that easy thanks to it’s weird algorithms. But I have been making some progress on that front! 😁

Instagram is lots of fun. And if you do it right it can also become a community of some really awesome and supportive people! I love the community I’ve become apart of on Instagram! But story telling, sharing thoughts, ideas, even just random ramblings is a lot easier to do on a blog! I mean, people come to blogs expecting to read! That’s not exactly the case on Instagram. A lot of people are there just to look at pretty pictures. Which is totally fine! It can just be a little bit limiting sometimes.

So I definitely want to get more back into blogging!! I know I’m not the best writer out there or anything, but lately I’ve been writing down these little…well I’m bot sure what to call them exactly. Poems? I don’t think that’s right… Anyway, I’ve shared a few of them on Instagram and I’ve gotten some very positive feedback from them and that’s just made me want to start writing and sharing more again on my blog! 😊

So I figured I’d start easy and go for a “Thursday Things” post. I like to ramble and my “Thursday Things” posts are usually a pretty good place for me to do that! 😊

So let’s get right into it!

Team ROAD iD!

Obviously I’ve already talked about being an ambassador for ROAD iD his year (which you can read about here. πŸ˜‰). I’m super duper excited to be working with a brand that I love and believe in the way I do ROAD iD. I’ve been wearing mine since 2015 and at this point I rarely ever take it off.

Last weekend I received my welcome package for team ROAD iD. They sent all of their Team ROAD iD members a bunch of fun goodies! And check this out! How awesome is the box it all came in! πŸ˜„

I was very excited about that hahaha. I’m also very excited about the neat-o things said box contained; more bands for my ROAD iD and a new badge for it, a t-shirt, stickers, a super sweet Thule backpack (I’ve needed a new backpack for a while now!), and a bunch of gift cards! Okey dokey, enough about that! Let’s talk about running!

Last week I had an AMAZING week of running! It was soooo good! Like, most of my runs felt great and I had so much fun! It’s been a while since I’ve had a whole week like that. where most of it just felt fun and carefree even though I was putting in some hard work.

Unfortunately all of that fun came to an end this week…

I almost did it. I almost made it through cold and flu season without getting sick. Almost. On Monday I felt a little bit tired and my body was kinda heavy feeling, but I thought that maybe I was just tired from the work I’d put in last week. I did a super slow 3 mile slog on the treadmill (because it felt like -15 and I didn’t feel like dealing with that. πŸ˜‚), in hopes that I would feel better afterwards, but nope.

I woke up on Tuesday and my whole body felt sore. At that point I was at a loss as to why. So I skipped my run and spent an hour on my stationary bike instead and then followed that up with about 30 minutes of yoga. I was hoping that would help with the soreness, but honestly I felt worse afterwards than I did before, which I thought was weird.

But then I woke up actually feeling sick yesterday and it all kinda made sense after that. πŸ˜‚ So yeah, that sucks, but at least I know why I’ve felt off all week. I took a rest day yesterday and woke up feeling a little bit better today, but not 100%, so I took today off as well. I was doing so well and being super consistent with my running since the beginning of this year, so it’s kind of a bummer to have to stop that for now, but I also know that it’s definitely for the best and the thing I need most right now is rest.

But if I was gonna get sick now wasn’t the worst time to do it. πŸ˜‚ My first race of the year, a trail 10k in Colorado, is next month and I obviously want to be healthy for that!!

I’m doing that one with my dad who hasn’t really been able to train due to work, and since it’s in Colorado near the mountains the elevation change is gonna kick my ass. It always does. So it’s going to be a tough day for us and we aren’t exactly going to be “racing”. Especially since I’ve done exactly 0 trail runs in preparation for this.πŸ˜‚ Honestly I’m hoping to rely on the skills I’ve built in the first 20 years of my life tracking around the woods and family farm. So at the very least I’m not a complete stranger to a little bit of off road terrain! Hahaha but we’ll see how that actually goes!

Honestly while it’s probably going to be slow and painful, it should still be a lot of fun! My dad and I have had lots of fun during the two other races we’ve done together so far, so I don’t think this one will be any different. 😊

Then in May my dad is coming to Kansas to do Running With The Cows 5k (one of my all time favorite races!) with me, and he’ll be doing the Gobbler Grind Half with me again in November! 😊 So far that’s all of the racing I’ll be doing this year. Although I would like to register for another 5k or two later this year, but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to make that happen yet. Mostly I want to because I’ve got done time goals I’m aiming for and I won’t be able to go after then running with my dad. Which is totally fine! I’d much rather get to spend more time with him that hit a PR. But I’d still like to end up with a shiny new PR this year. πŸ˜‚

Honestly I can do a fast 5k anytime I want on my usual running routes. That should be easy enough and I’m not the kind of person who only counts PR’s if they happen within a race. But the half marathon time I’m shooting for might be a little more difficult. Depending on how things go during the Gobbler Grind this fall, that might have to wait until next spring. Assuming I can get in another half then that is. We shall see.

But to back track a little bit, I’m currently nursing a cold and haven’t run in 3 days. πŸ˜‚ But really 3 days off isn’t too bad. I’ll be able to jump back into the swing of things pretty easily if that’s all I end up missing. Which I’m thinking it will be. I’m gonna test out my legs and lungs tomorrow with 2 or 3 easy miles just to see how I feel and then go from there!

But I think that’s enough for today!

February Miles and Goal Check In

Happy last day of February, friends!

It’s looking like winter is still going to be hanging around for a while! We’re getting another bout of super cold weather.

Anyway, February ended up being a good month for me running-wise! Like, really good! It has been a LONG time since I’ve felt really good running. That I’ve felt a sort of freedom and joy that only running could bring me. I’m talking years here, people. Looking back, 2017 and 2018 were just a huge struggle for me in this department. Sure, there were a few moments when running felt really good or really fun in those two years, but for the most part they were kind of a miserable grind. Like, no matter what I did I was just stuck in the same place and it was just getting increasingly more frustrating!

That all changed about two weeks ago though. Something just kinda clicked in place and now I’m experiencing that joy and freedom again. I haven’t had this much fun or felt this freaking good while running in two years! So I’m pretty excited right now! I’m just out there crushing workouts and having an absolute blast doing it!

Unfortunately my run today didn’t exactly fit into the super duper fun category. Like I said, we’re experiencing more super cold weather, so I took to the treadmill for my last run in February. It wasn’t all that exciting, but I still felt pretty good doing it! And that brings me to 85.65 miles run in February! That’s almost 16 more miles than last month! And January was longer than this month hahaha. πŸ˜‰ So I’m pretty happy about that. 😊

Alrighty! Onto goals goals goals! So this year I’m working on being a stronger, more well rounded athlete, and honestly that’s probably why I’m feeling so great in my running all of a sudden! πŸ˜‰ I’ve been making a point to get in at the very least one 30 minute strength training session in a week. I know it’s not a lot, but it’s more than I was doing for a while! I’ve been kinda slacking on the specific workout that I had planned on doing every Thursday, but I have been sticking with doing Pilates and I’ll gladly take it! πŸ™‚

I haven’t been doing super great about eating better. There’s still a bunch of junk that I could cut out of my diet and I definitely need to add in more vegetables. I gained about 5 pounds over the holidays and I still haven’t been able to shake that. So there’s something I really need to work on.

I’ve also been kinda slacking on getting yoga, stretching, and foam rolling done. And I can really feel it! I’m definitely more stiff and tight! But right here, right now, I’m commenting to getting back into the habit of stretching and foam rolling! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š

Lets see what else….oh yes, steps and journaling!

So, between the crazy cold and having more dental work done this month, so hitting my step goals has gone to the wayside several times. Honestly I like having this goal because it gives me motivation to get up and moving throughout the day, but I’m also pretty glad that I don’t super obsess over it. I’ve gotten close on some of those red days, but didn’t hit it and that’s been ok with me. 😁

And last but not least, I’ve been keeping up with my training journal! Yay me!! 😊

So this month has been really good in some areas! I’ve definitely got some things to work on, but all in all I’m just happy that my running has been so great! πŸ˜‚ Here’s hoping it stays that way! I’m thinking it will. I’m also thinking that 2019 is going to end up being a great year for me as it pertains to running. 😁

Weekly Recap: February 18th-24th, 2019

Well this week sure was interesting!!

Luke and I kicked it off by his office building having an electrical fire and me getting a root canal. Fun times, man. Fun times. 🀣 Luckily no one was hurt in the fire, and the engineering firm Luke works for got their shit together very quickly and everyone was back to work in just a few days. And my root canal went well. It’s healing and that’s just one more of my shitty teeth that’s getting taken care of. πŸ™‚

So yeah, it wasn’t a bad week. Just an interesting one!

Monday:

  • Rest day

Monday was the day the root canal and office fire went down. You can read all about that here, if it suits your fancy. 😊

So since I got my mouth drilled on and was told to take it easy for the rest of the day I did not run. Or do much of anything else when we got home from the dentist’s/a little bit of shopping. πŸ˜‚ It was nice though because Luke was home so we got to hang out and be couch potato’s together.

Tuesday:

  • 2 miles

On Tuesday Luke went to his work to pick up his laptop, just incase they ended up being out of work for a while. While he was gone I ran two easy-ish miles. They felt pretty good and I might have pushed up a small hill a little too hard. Hence me not really wanting to call this an easy run even though that’s what it was supposed to be. πŸ˜‚

Wednesday:

  • 5 mile fartlek

Holy cow my legs were sore!!! And I’m not sure why? Running on slippery snow last Saturday? That doesn’t seem to likely… Sitting in a dentists chair for like 40 minutes? Maybe? Charging up a small hill the day before? I seriously doubt it. I can’t emphasis enough how small of a hill it was… Haha oh well. It is what it is.

Despite my sore legs this run ended up being AMAZING! There was snow. There was ice. And there was lots and lots of slush! What’s not to love?!? Hahaha this ended up turning into a 5 mile fartlek and I had a ridiculous amount of fun doing it! I’d have to slow down on the slush and snow, walk over ice every once in a while, but once my feet found solid ground I would take off and run as fast as I wanted to until I hit another patch of snow. It was great. Sometimes the weather conditions create the perfect workout for you. 😊

Thursday:

  • 3 miles
  • 30 minutes of Pilates

Luke went back to work on Thursday. Honestly it’s really good that the company is up and running again after the fire, but I was hoping he’d get a couple of more days off because I was enjoying spending so much extra time with him. πŸ˜‚

Anyway, I woke up stiff, sore, and tired Thursday morning. Doing speed…I was gonna say work but really it didn’t feel like work. I guess I’ll go with play since that’s basically what “fartlek” means anyway. πŸ˜‰ So speed play on snow, ice, and slush will do that to a person. No regrets though! It was just too much fun.

So Thursday was spent doing 3 easy miles. Hahaha I kinda overdressed for this run though. There was snow on the ground but that was super deceiving. It was actually kinda warm out. πŸ˜‚

Friday:

  • 2 miles

Nothing too exciting or fancy on Friday. Just two easy miles to get the legs moving. They needed it after Thursday! The Pilates workout I did was no joke! πŸ™‚

Saturday:

  • 8 miles

It was cold, windy, and rainy Saturday morning! I often get asked what I do when it rains, in regards to running. My answer; I get wet. πŸ˜‰

Anyway, my 8 miler went alright. My legs were still feeling a little bit tired and batting the wind wasn’t exactly fun, but other than that I can’t complain. It wasn’t the best long run, but it certainly wasn’t the worst! πŸ˜„

Sunday:

  • Rest day

Yay! Another well earned day off!! 😊

Spent my Sunday bleaching/dyeing my hair. Typical Sunday for me. πŸ˜‰ Hair stuff and more Law and Order: SVU. It was nice.

Total Weekly Mileage: 20

I’ve been really consistent with hitting 20 miles every week for about a month now. I believe it’s time to start upping my mileage again! Feeling good and ready to take on my upcoming 10k in April! πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ
