My leg is feeling a little better today! Walking around it still feels a bit tight but it’s not too bad, so I decided to see how it felt while running. Turns out, still not so great. The pain wasn’t shooting down into my knee this time so that’s good, but every time my right foot hit the ground I’d get a little sharp pain in my quad. It’s not that bad though, it’s honestly more annoying than anything but I still kept my run super short, just 20 minutes, because I don’t want to push it too hard. On the bright side, those 20 minutes of running did seem to loosen my leg up a bit. 🙂
Well this is just a super boring post, but I don’t really have much left to talk about. Hopefully I will tomorrow.
