- Rest Day
I had some easy miles scheduled for Monday, but I was sore, tired, and definitely in need of a rest day. Taking Monday off ended up being a really good decision!
My interval session ended up going crazy well! Warmed up for 10 minutes, then ran hard for 5 minutes, walked for 1 minute, and repeated 4 times. I felt really good and got my 5k time back under 40 minutes (this is only my fastest 5k on this watch). Hopefully I can keep this up and continue to get a little bit faster!

They sure didn’t feel easy though! I was supposed to do 3, but I bailed at 2.
- Another much needed rest day
At least this one was scheduled! As of Thursday I’ve only got a month left until I run my second half. Yikes/yay!
- 45 minute run
- 5 minutes of stretching
I was supposed to do a fartlek on Friday and usually I gladly would! Unfortunately for me I had sleeping issues the night before and didn’t much feel like playing with speed after that. I’m just glad o got a run in. 😄
- 8 miles
Yet again, I didn’t feel like running. I’m just at that point in training right now…Oh well. Haha in twoish weeks I’m going to be wish I was still running so much! Anyway, I’m glad I got this run in. It went pretty well and I PRd my 10k time. 😄
- Rest Day
I may or may not have had a little bit too much to drink last night. Oops. 😝 Haha I’m super glad I don’t have to do anything today. I’ll probably do some stretching though. I haven’t done nearly enough of that this week.
