Well if I counted correctly it is anyway. Haha and I’m not sure that even counts since I had to take a week off and then last week didn’t exactly feel like training, but whatever, I’m just gonna roll with it. 😉
According to my training plan I was supposed to do 40 easy minutes of running today. But I didn’t check the weather this morning. Bad idea. I ended up dressing way to warm and I spent 20 minutes sweating to death before I decided to just finish things on the stationary bike. So I ran for 20 minutes then biked for 20. I guess that’s not exactly ideal, but I got 40 minutes of easy cardio so that should at least count for something.
I did do some things right though! I actually warmed up before hand and stretched afterwards. Two good habits that I keep falling out of haha. I guess I should do some strength training too as well. Eh, maybe later. 😉
