Monday’s run was supposed to be an easy one, by it sure didn’t feel that way. My legs were tired, it was crazy humid, and I didn’t sleep well the night before, so I’m not going to lie, a lot of walking happened. But I did the 3 miles and that’s all that matters. 😄
According to this garmin this was my fastest 5k. It really wasn’t, but hey, I’ll take it! 😄

- 4 miles (17 minutes) on the stationary bike
I was supposed to spend 30 minutes on the stationary bike, but I only made it to 17 haha. Oh well, I made an attempt. 😁
- Rest Day
Took the dogs to the park, then did nothing else. I needed it though. My legs are dead.
- 1 mile
I didn’t plan on running on Friday, but I got some spiffy new kicks so Dean and I had to take them out for a spin. 😁
- 2 miles
This was supposed to be my long run, but my shin put a stop to that real fast. Hopefully this won’t be too big of an issue this time around.
