Before I start talking about running, I need to take a quick second to go total fan girl on you.
AHHHHHH!!! A NEW SINGLE MEANS A NEW ALBUM AND A NEW ALBUM MEANS A NEW TOUR AND A TOUR MEANS HOPEFULLY LUKE AND I WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THEM PLAY LIVE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luke thinks it’s too early to start fangirl-ing but it’s a little too late for that, I’ve been fangirl-ing over this goddamn band since I was like, 13 years old. I will, however, stop being a crazy fan girl in this particular post, but I’m warning you, now that Green Day stuff is starting to happen, my crazy fan girl ways are just going to get worse.
Okey Dokey then! Now that that’s taken care of we can get down to running business! Today was just an easy 25 minute run. Good thing too! After all the walking/pokemon hunting we did over the weekend I don’t thing I would have been able to do much else. My legs are worn out!
After my quick run I did a bit of much needed yoga and I plan on doing more later. Along with lots and lots of foam rolling. Ewww…But I do really need to start doing that again. I’ve let foam rolling fall to the wayside and while that wasn’t as big of a deal before, now that I’m training for my second half I want to take every precaution I can to keep my body happy and healthy.
Aside from my tired legs, I’m feeling really good! Tomorrow is an interval workout and I’m really looking forward to that! Well, for now. We’ll see how I feel about it early tomorrow morning when I actually have to get out of bed and do it. 😉 But I’m thinking it should be fun.
For now though I need to start getting the house back in order (we tend to make hardcore messes over the weekend) and then hopfully start reading Harry Potter and the Cursed Child! It should come in the mail today!!!
