My first training workout didn’t go all that great, but it was supposed to be an easy run anyway, so I’m not too worried about it.
This workout went a little bit better! Still feeling a bit sluggish though and having 90% humidity that day was KILLING me, so I walked up a few hills. 😉
- Rest Day
- 40 minutes (10.7 miles) on the stationary bike
- Deep yoga stretch
Boring…but, kept my heart rate in the aerobic zone and that was my goal, so yay me!! 😄
I had quite a bit of fun trying while trying to catch pokemon on this run. Good times!
- 3 miles
- A whole lot of walking
We spent over 3 hours Pokemon hunting Saturday evening. It was pretty exciting and it helped me go way over my step goal.

Good! Haha my legs are tired from yesterday and it’s supposed to thunderstorm for a while, so we may be stuck inside. Oh well, I guess that just means we’ll have to play real Pokemon today. 😉
