I’ve figured out my training plan for this summer! It involve a lot of speed work. Ewww…but very necessary. Then I start training for my second half marathon on July 25th! Yay!!
I’m not signed up for it yet (registration isn’t even open yet) so it’s not a for sure thing yet, but I really want to run the Longview Half again!
In between both of my plans I have about a four week break. That means I’ll get to take a break from hardcore speed work and super long runs, so I’ll be able to start half training on fresh, rested legs!
