Long intervals are going to be the death of me. 10 minute warm up jog. 6 minutes at threshold pace, 2 minutes recovery (for me that meant walking), repeat 3 times. Cool down. Die.

10 minute warm up jog. 2 minutes hard running, 1 minute walking, repeat 4 times. 5 minute cool down jog. All these intervals…ewww. Had to stop home to get a drink again. Thinking that means I need to start carring water with me.

Good. I was so tired…This time of the month (the week before my period) is always super rough for me. I’m pretty much tired all the time and my running usually suffers. Suprisingly enough it hasn’t really this week, but I’ve still been terribly tired.

Well, I suppose Friday could be called an active rest day, as we took the dogs to the park and walked around a bit. I was supposed to do a 30 minute fartlek but I wasn’t feeling it (see paragraph above).

Ugh, it’s getting a lot warmer and I hate it! I’m already looking forward to Fall!!

Good. Thursday and Friday nights I didn’t sleep well, and last night I got a grand total of 4 hours of sleep. Ewww…
