No recap for last week. Sorry about that…I forgot to write down my workouts and then things got a little crazy over the weekend with my parents being here, then my husband took yesterday off from work and we went shopping, so I’m not going to try to remember how it all went. All you need to know is that I’m still alive and I’m still running! πŸ˜‰

I decided I am going to do a Garmin training plan. It’s going to suck doing it in the summer, but I’ll just have to get over that. I technically started it yesterday. It was supposed to be an easy run but I skipped it. I’m off great start, right? Haha At least it wasn’t a hard workout. I want to get those in while I’m still able to go hard without puking or dying. I know I complain about it a lot, but I REALLY hate the summer.

Anyway, today is intervals! Yay! But they’re long intervals. Not so yay…I’m not exactly a fan of long intervals. I like having them nice and short. It’s a lot easier to go hard for a minute verses going hard for 5, but I guess that’s the point.

Welp, I just finished my oatmeal. I suppose I need to finish up this post, do a bit of cleaning while I let that digest, drink some water, then do my intervals.
