Weekly Recap February 8th-14th 

Happy happy Valentine’s Day!! I hope you got to spend the day with someone you love! My husband took me shopping and got me some very runner friendly gifts.

A fancy water bottle, massage roller, and chocolate covered strawberries. 😊

Anyways, today was a rest day and boy did I need it! I’ve been feeling a bit run down for most of the week, but I still feel pretty good about what I accomplished.

Monday:

There was a wind advisory all day on Monday and I didn’t feel like fighting through that so I opted for the stationary bike instead. Haha that doesn’t happen often, but it ended up being a really good workout.

Tuesday:

Wednesday:



Thursday:

  • Much needed rest day

Friday: 

On Friday I FINALLY finished level 1 of the 30 Day Shred!! Whoohoo! I’m moving on up! (I hate level 2 though…)

Saturday:

  • 4.30 miles
  • Some random stretching in the afternoon


Sunday: 

  • Another much needed rest day

I’m thinking going so long on the stationary bike for the first time in forever had something to do with feeling so worn out this week…I’m still happy with how it turned out though. I rested when I needed it but I still pushed through some harder workouts. 😄

Total weekly running mileage: 11.93
