Tough, tough, tough run today! And in just about every way possible.

I’m kinda sore pretty much everywhere after moving furniture around and hardcore cleaning the floor yesterday, my legs have been sore/tired since Monday (apparently 16.5 miles on the stationary bike wasn’t a great idea), I developed a cough last night, I was running into the wind a good majority of this run, and to top it all off, my neighborhood is full of hills which are currently the bane of my existence. Mentally that was a lot to handle.

I swear I’m not complaining though! I’m actually super proud of my self for finishing. Like, 90% of the time I spent on the road today I wanted to quit or to slow down and walk, but I didn’t! It may have been super slow, but I got 3 miles done!

Haha the entire time I was running I kept thinking that all I wanted to do was lay down and do nothing, so when I got to my yard that’s exactly what I did. I’m sure my neighbors think I’m crazy, but oh well.

Happy hump day!

So true! Plus it feels like taking time off means losing progress, even though that’s usually not the case.
