Happy First Day of February! 

I had a FANTASTIC workout today! I started out with some hill repeats then did day 9 of the 30 Day Shred (only 1 more day and I move up to level 2!). 

 
I’m super duper proud of my splits from my run! Here’s what they were:

1&2: Warm up

3: First run up the hill

4: Recovery 

5: Second repeat

6: Recovery 

7: Third repeat

8: Recovery 

9: Fourth repeat

10: recovery 

11: Fifth (and fastest!) repeat 

12: Recovery 

13: Cool down 

The 30 Day Shred also went very well. Haha although, now I’m super tired and would probably not say no to a nap, but that’s not going to happen. I’ve got some serious cleaning to do today…
