Monday:

  • 10 minute warm up on the stationary bike (2.3 miles), 30 minutes of 1 minute walk/1 minute run intervals, 10 minute cool down on the stationary bike (2.1 miles

Tuesday: 

  • 30 very slow, very easy minutes of running
  • Yoga for Runners
  • 10 minutes of stretching and foam rolling

Kept everything nice and easy on Tuesday. My hip was hurting a little bit after Monday’s interval session, so I thought it best to not push it.

Wow I skipped out on a lot of strength training and stretching this week…I’m still pretty happy about how it went though. I had some really good runs and that bike workout was super fun. Here’s hoping my running slump is coming to an end!
