Last week didn’t exactly go as planned. I skipped a lot of strength work and I felt like I slacked off a lot in general. So this week I have a few things that I’m definitely going to accomplish.
- Do the 30 Day Shred at least 3 times
- Hit my step goal every day
- Do yoga at least 2 times
- Don’t skip any runs
Easy enough, right? Haha I guess we shall see. I hope your Monday is off to a great start and that you have a fantastic week!
