Weekly Recap December 21st-27th 2015

Yay! My first weekly recap! Don’t get to excited though, between Christmas and minimal running it’s not going to be very exciting. πŸ˜‰

Monday:Β 

  • 30 minutes of total body Pilates
  • The first 20 minutes of Tara Stiles’ Strala Strength 1 hour yoga video

It’s been a while since I’ve done that Tara Stiles video and I’d forgotten how hard it is! I planned on doing the whole thing but after the first 20 minutes my arms were absolutely dead and I couldn’t keep going. Hahaha I guess that’s just one more thing for me to work on.

Tuesday:

  • 30 min stationary bike in aerobic zone
  • Pilates for abs and glutes

Wednesday:Β 

  • About 30 minutes of total body Pilates

Thursday (Christmas Eve):

  • Rest day

We spent Thursday last minute Christmas shopping and 5 hour driving to St. Louis, so I didn’t really have much time to get a workout in.

Friday (Christmas Day):

  • Rest day

Saturday:

  • Rest day

I was having too much fun with family and friends to even think about getting a workout in. I regret nothing! 😜

Sunday:Β 

  • 30 minutes on my sister’s treadmill
  • Pilates for abs and glutes

So yeah, not very exciting, but it’s better than nothing! Next week should be a little more interesting since I’ll be slowly getting back into running!
